This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the VPN service (the "Administration") and the individual (the "User") using the Service.
1. General provisions
1.1. Using the VPN service means the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement is considered to be the start of using the Service, payment for the services, or a verification payment.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the VPN service.
2.2. The service is considered rendered from the moment access to the Service is provided.
2.3. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The User undertakes to:
- Comply with the terms of this Agreement and applicable law.
- Not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Independently keep their account credentials secure.
3.2. The Administration undertakes to:
- Provide access to the Service when the terms of the Agreement are met.
- Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. The User uses the Service at their own risk.
4.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, constant connection availability, data transfer speed, or that the User will achieve any particular results.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for:
- the User's actions when using the Service;
- disruptions caused by technical reasons or the actions of third parties;
- access restrictions imposed by providers, platforms or government authorities;
- loss of data, reduced connection speed, or temporary unavailability of the Service.
4.4. The Administration is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of income or business reputation.
4.5. The Administration's aggregate liability for any claims by the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid period.
4.6. The User is solely responsible for complying with the law when using the Service.
5. Payment, subscription and refunds
5.1. The cost of services is determined by the plans published on the Service's website.
5.2. The User agrees to automatic renewal of the subscription:
- For the trial period, the charge is made at its end.
- For a paid subscription, upon completion of the paid period.
5.3. The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the Service interface or support.
5.4. The service is a digital service and is considered rendered from the moment access is provided.
5.5. A refund is possible only if access to the Service was not actually provided.
5.6. A refund is issued within 3 business days after contacting support.
6. Termination
6.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate access if the terms of the Agreement are violated.
6.2. The User may stop using the Service at any time. No refund is made in this case.
7. Changes to the terms
7.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Agreement.
7.2. The current version is published in the Service interface.
7.3. Continued use means agreement with the new version.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Administration.
